1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the PolyArbitrage Chrome extension ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PolyArbitrage is a Chrome browser extension that scans prediction markets on Polymarket and Kalshi in real time, identifies the same real-world events listed on both platforms, and surfaces price discrepancies (arbitrage spreads). Features include but are not limited to:

  • Cross-platform event matching between Polymarket and Kalshi
  • Real-time spread calculation and ranked arbitrage opportunity list
  • Bankroll allocation calculator (suggested capital split between YES and NO legs)
  • Chrome desktop notifications when a configurable spread threshold is reached
  • Spread history charts for matched events

3. Service Tiers

The Service is offered in two tiers:

  • Free Tier: Single-event scan on the Polymarket page you are currently viewing, spread analysis, bankroll calculator, and 12-second polling.
  • Pro Tier: Full Polymarket × Kalshi market scanner, real-time Chrome notifications, 4-second polling, and historical spread charts — available through Monthly ($19.99/month), Annual ($199/year), or Lifetime ($259 one-time) plans.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Comply with the Terms of Service and platform guidelines of both Polymarket and Kalshi
  • Not use the Service for market manipulation, fraud, or any malicious activities
  • Not attempt to circumvent free-tier limits or technical restrictions
  • Understand that trading on prediction markets carries inherent financial risk and that PolyArbitrage does not provide investment advice
  • Accept full responsibility for any trading decisions and financial outcomes arising from the use of the Service

5. Data Usage and Privacy

The Service processes publicly available market data from the Polymarket Gamma API and the Kalshi public API to compute cross-platform arbitrage spreads. All matching and spread calculation runs locally inside your browser. We do not:

  • Require, request, or store any login credentials for Polymarket or Kalshi
  • Trade on your behalf or access any user account on either platform
  • Collect your browsing history, the URLs you visit, or the content of any web page
  • Collect personal information beyond what is necessary for Pro subscription management (email and Pro access token)
  • Share your data with third parties, except for Stripe (payment processing) and Cloudflare (hosting)

6. Premium Subscription and Payments

Premium subscriptions are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate payment information
  • Authorize recurring charges for monthly or annual plans until cancelled
  • The pricing terms displayed at the time of purchase

Premium access tokens are for personal use only and may not be shared or transferred to other users.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all premium plans. If you are not satisfied with the Service within 14 days of purchase, contact us at support@aikc.net for a full refund.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your premium subscription at any time. For monthly and annual subscriptions:

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You retain premium access until the end of your paid period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time

Lifetime subscriptions do not require cancellation and provide perpetual access.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service
  • Compatibility with future versions of Chrome or the Polymarket platform
  • That the use of the Service will not result in any action from Polymarket
  • Any specific profit, return, or financial outcome from using detected signals

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data, funds, or business interruption
  • Actions taken by Polymarket or other platforms based on your use of the Service
  • Financial losses resulting from trading decisions made using the Service

11. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue the Service at any time
  • Update these Terms of Service with reasonable notice
  • Change pricing for new subscriptions

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Abuse of the Service or other users
  • Any other reason at our sole discretion
